Plantar Fasciitis – if you’ve had it, you know what I’m talking about…
Do you ever wish there was more you could do to get relief and feel like yourself again?
Are you sick of dealing with that daily struggle to put your foot to the floor in the morning?
And do you have the fear of sitting down in the day, knowing the pain will be horrendous when you get up again?
Have you tried all the usual ‘band-aid’ treatments – rest, rolling a tennis ball, stretching, icing? Quite simply these do not work – no matter what Dr Ranj says.
You might have had some temporary results, but nothing seems to last.
After years of frustration over poor medical advice and treatment for plantar fasciitis that is available both in NHS and private clinics and online, our Orthotist Jo made it her mission to educate, inform and inspire. Using almost 20 years of experience Jo has custom designed a 12 week programme designed to treat plantar fasciitis from a functional perspective.
Plantar fasciitis is not caused by bad shoes or injury or tightness. It is an overuse injury which develops into a degenerative condition, which is why the sooner it is treated, the easier it is to get rid of. (Do it now!)
The tissues of the foot are overused because of poor function in the lower limb during everyday walking.
Sure, you might link it to a specific shoe, or event, but this is just a trigger to something deeper, something underlying that has been bubbling away, waiting to explode.
So we have to question why are we stretching the calf? Why are we rolling a ball or bottle? Why are we using ice packs? Non of these will change the function of our lower limb, nor will they improve our gait.

And this is where the Plantar Fasciitis Formula comes in.
This programme is an in-depth 12 week system which is designed to completely re-programme your gait (walking), starting from the bottom and working up. Its foundations lie in deep biomechanical principles to ensure your body knows exactly what it should be doing, and when, to ensure the excessive load on the plantar fascia and the tissues of the lower limb, is reduced and redistributed, meaning you can get back to being pain free, and stay that way.

“I really like the holistic approach to this course as I have had a number of issues bothering me with PF being the final straw. No one else has treated me this way. Its always been treating the symptoms.”
“I think it was a great programme and I will take the maintenance program forward so I don’t revert back to old ways. Jo is very knowledgable and a specialist in the field of plantar fasciitis. This is the major difference as there are lots of generalists treating PF that don’t understand the full biomechanics of what it takes to resolve it.”
“The biggest impact for me has been the strengthening of my feet and legs and completing the journey to almost being pain free.”
“I thought at first that it was really expensive but feel that it is worth every penny. Hopefully I will be back running in the near future. Thanks Jo.”
“I cannot thank Jo enough. After not wanting to get out of bed in the mornings I was able to complete a 10km walk after only 4 weeks into the programme. Absolute game changer!”
“The plantar fasciitis programme is unlike anything else out there. I never thought that strengthening my feet would have such a big impact.”
“This was amazing. Treating the body as a whole is not something I’ve seen or tried before for my plantar fasciitis. So nice to be pain free again and hopefully it will stay that way.”
